Homemade breadcrumbs

Presumably, the tip is too simple - I try it anyway. I never buy breadcrumbs, I always do that myself. Take an old roll or old bread, cut it to a fairly small size, place it in a mixing bowl, take a blender and make a run for it. Goes super simple and makes perfect bread crumbs.

If the bread is still too fresh, it sticks a bit together and also stuck in the blender. Then just rewind it. ATTENTION! PULL CONNECTOR BEFORE! Not that the thing goes off, because one hand comes on the counter, while the fingers of the other bread crumbs out!

Incidentally, I also like to give a handful of bread crumbs in the biscuit dough. Tastes great. I prefer bread crumbs rather than breadcrumbs. They always taste ... empty.
