Homemade facial mask with soy

For the mature skin, there are now many ways to buy face masks. I spent some time experimenting and looking for something that can be prepared quickly at home and actually has an effect. After an interesting television program in which soy As a cause for the purity of Asian skin and the youthful appearance of many older Asians was attributed, I have thought further and some weeks this mask initially created and of course tried on me and my partner.

The skin is immediately firmer and feels considerably healthier. The first time I was very surprised by the effect. It was followed by further experimentation and now the time has come for visible results to be achieved.

I always have soy flour, soy sauce and soy oil in my house for my wok dishes. In addition, always natural yogurt or natural quark in the fridge. Prepared in a few minutes, but with the crowd it often haples, because too often too much over!

You take:

1 tbsp quark (or yoghurt)
1 teaspoon soy flour
1 splash of soy sauce
1 tsp honey
1 teaspoon soybean oil (from the Asia shop)

Carefully stir the ingredients with a whisk and leave to soak for a few minutes to allow the soya flour to swell. Incidentally, the honey has anti-inflammatory effects and supports stressed skin during regeneration.

Now apply the mass with a brush on the whole, previously thoroughly cleansed face. (If necessary, perform exfoliation for a better shot) Nothing needs to be spared, because all the ingredients for every corner of the face are pure balm and do not irritate the skin.

After 10 ? Wash off for 15 minutes and feel good. A great feeling, I say now.
