Homemade honey mustard
Homemade honey mustard has been a hit for many years ... not just for Christmas.
Ingredients for this:
75 g of yellow mustard seeds
75 ml of water
3 tablespoons honey
1 tsp salt
4 tablespoons vinegar
1 Msp. Curry
Finely grind mustard in the food processor (or mill). Put in a bowl and pour 75 ml of boiling water over it and let it swell.
Stir in all other ingredients. Finished!
Tastes of Silesian white sausage, normal meat sausage, roast pork ... or what you still eat mustard.
