Homemade walnut marzipan

I take 500 g of walnut kernels and mash them very finely. There must be no rough Srtücke more in it, so I sift through the walnut flour again and give the pieces back into the blender. If you have a mortar, you can edit the nut flour a bit, but it works that way.

Then I take 400 g of powdered sugar and 3 tablespoons Amaretto. All this is kneaded together, you can still add some Amaretto, should the dough be too crumbly.

The marzipan can now be further processed into marzipan potatoes (forming balls, rolling in cinnamon), marzipan bread (forming loaves of bread, covered with dark chocolate) or you can use it to decorate cakes - whatever you want.

Who does not want to use alcohol, take water and bitter almond flavor.

Instead of 400 g of sugar you can also use about 300 g of honey.
