Honey mustard dressing
Here is a delicious & easy to prepare dressing that I use for most of my salads.
ingredients
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt pepper
preparation
Mix all ingredients well together; Make sure that the honey dissolves evenly and does not form lumps.
I mixed this mixture with potatoes for the purpose of digestion and made roast potatoes, which tasted pretty good too.
