Hot pepper stuffed with hot chilli

You can also prepare these stuffed spicy peppers on the grill! They are stuffed with pork or lamb mince and a lot of chopped chilies.
Made fast and good for the barbecue in the garden. You need two or three spiced peppers per person, in red or yellow.
ingredients
Pro peppers:
- 60g hack
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 red chili pepper
- Pepper, salt, pinch of sugar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
preparation
- The flower is cut off and with a sharp knife they are hollowed out.
- Per pepper you need 60 g of minced meat, like from the lamb - you get at the Turkish butcher.
- Pork also fits well. This is mixed with bread crumbs, chopped onion, 1 spoonful of olive oil, garlic and at least half a chili pepper per pepper. Pepper, salt and some sugar and 1 teaspoon tomato paste.
- If not grilled, fry the peppers in a refractory mold for about 1 hour at 200 degrees. Good Appetite!
- Fill with a long spoon into the pepper and either grill or fry in the oven for one hour - turn twice.
- When black spots appear, they are perfect.
