Hot water bottle for on the way - ThermaCare
Hope that fits in here somehow! I came across this idea by chance. Since I had to go to school despite the pain and I wanted to take my hot water bottle, my mother had the idea to simply carry a ThermaCare back wrap the other way round. So the warm area where it hurts.
But careful: I think the parts are pretty warm, maybe you should wear a top or something underneath the cover if it is too warm. It may not be the cheapest way, but maybe it will help some of you!
