How old, dry bread tastes good again
Old bread, a dry bread again tastes fluffy and delicious, if you keep it under running water for five seconds, shake it off briefly and then toast or roast in the pan. Also on the grill you can put it briefly.
It is important that afterwards it is not too soft, but that the water evaporates again. Then butter or spread - I like to take Kalles Caviar Cream (IKEA) and a slice of cheese. Works really well with rolls, which can otherwise only be used for the preparation of meatballs. So I'll never throw some back in the trash.
