A quick and easy-to-prepare recipe for an oriental hummus (vegan) with chickpeas.

ingredients

For 2-3 hunter Dipper:


  • 450 g of chickpeas from the canning
  • 1 larger toe garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. Mint dried
  • 85 g Tahini (sesame paste)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sweet pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin (cumin)
  • some chilli flakes
  • the juice of half a lemon
  • 5 tbsp cold water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Harissa, for those who like it sharper

preparation

Put all ingredients in a blender or crusher and mix to a homogenous mass. Put in a bowl and prepare nicely.

For about an hour in the fridge, because it can pull through nicely. Simply roasted with toasted bread.

But also raw food and various fruit varieties taste fantastic.
