Hunter soup

Hunter soup for about 12 people (reduce the ingredients accordingly for fewer people).
ingredients
- 1 1/2 kg beef minced
- 4 large onions
- 3 cans of oxtail soup
- 2 small tubes or a large tube of tomato ketchup
- 4 small canned tomato paste
- 2 glasses of pepper stripes red
- 2 large cans of pineapple pieces
- 2 fresh peppers green
- 2 fresh peppers yellow
- 2 cans of mushrooms
- pepper
- cayenne pepper
- salt
- Tabasco
preparation
- Season the minced meat well with pepper, salt and cayenne pepper. Dice the onions and fry everything together.
- Wash the fresh peppers and cut into thin strips and sauté.
- Stir in tomato ketchup and tomato paste, add glass of red pepper strips, add oxtail soup and stir well.
- Add pineapple with juice and finally the mushrooms (drain well).
- Let it all simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Finally taste with the o.a. Spices and in addition a few drops Tabasco.
This soup is served with a warm baguette.
Is very good as a party soup.
