Here is a recipe for a simple and delicious ice cream cake.

  • 4 x 200g cream
  • 4 eggs (separated)
  • 1 package meringue (8 pieces)
  • 150g sugar
  • 2 pck vanilla sugar
  • 75-100 g Quensch or C-Frisch (are different orange, raspberry)
  • grated chocolate

preparation

Step 1


Beat 2 egg whites and 75 g sugar
Beat 2 cups of cream
Beat 2 egg yolks

Mix everything with the quench powder and fill in a round springform pan and freeze

Beat 2 egg whites and 75 g sugar
Beat 1 cup of cream with the vanilla sugar
Beat 2 egg yolks

Mix again and fill to the 1st layer, then freeze again.

Sprinkle the grated chocolate on the 2nd layer

Beat 1 cup of cream
Crumble the meringue and put it under the cream

Fill the mass as ground onto the chocolate crumble layer and freeze again.

Step 5

Putting the frozen ice cream cake on a serving plate and you're done! Decorate with chocolate sprinkles at will.
