Here is a recipe for a simple and delicious ice cream cake.

- 4 x 200g cream
- 4 eggs (separated)
- 1 package meringue (8 pieces)
- 150g sugar
- 2 pck vanilla sugar
- 75-100 g Quensch or C-Frisch (are different orange, raspberry)
- grated chocolate

Step 1
Beat 2 egg whites and 75 g sugar
Beat 2 cups of cream
Beat 2 egg yolks
Mix everything with the quench powder and fill in a round springform pan and freeze

Beat 2 egg whites and 75 g sugar
Beat 1 cup of cream with the vanilla sugar
Beat 2 egg yolks
Mix again and fill to the 1st layer, then freeze again.

Sprinkle the grated chocolate on the 2nd layer
Step 4
Beat 1 cup of cream
Crumble the meringue and put it under the cream
Fill the mass as ground onto the chocolate crumble layer and freeze again.
