- 150 g of ground almonds
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 packet of baking soda
- 50 g + 1 tbsp chocolate sprinkles
- 750 g of whipped cream
- 3 pck
- 2 pck of vanillin sugar
- 2 sachets (40 gr) or 8 heaped els of iced coffee Instand = Frappe from Nescafe
- 1 tbsp almond flakes
- 1 tbsp icing sugar
preparation
- Grease 1 springform (26 cm). Separate eggs. Beat egg yolks and sugar with the whisk (mixer) until creamy.
- Mix almonds, breadcrumbs + baking powder and stir. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in 50 g of chocolate sprinkles.
- Swipe in the springform.
- Bake 175 ° in a preheated oven, circulating air for 35 - 40 minutes. Let cool down.
- Cut off a 1 cm lid from the cake bottom and crumble it. Close in the springform with the cake border.
- Whip the cream with cream and vanilla sugar until stiff.
- Finally, pour the iced coffee. Spread the mocca cream on the cake top and sprinkle with the crumbs. Chill for 2 hours.
- Roast 1/2 packet of almonds without fat, let cool, decorate the cake with the almonds, 1 tbsp chocolate sprinkles and powdered sugar.
