Iced Coffee: Low in calories, delicious and refreshing

You can make iced coffee fast and low in calories - delicious even without cream, vanilla ice cream and a lot of sugar. A pot of coffee is currently almost always in the fridge with me and very quickly, an icy, refreshing drink is prepared.

There is already a similar tip with FM, but I am also concerned with a residual utilization of coffee powder, which lingered a bit longer in my fridge and for fresh hot coffee I probably would not have used.

For the iced coffee, however, it is still very good, just about twice as much coffee powder for a pot of coffee than you normally use, use. Of course, to taste, I personally rather drink stronger coffee.

preparation

  1. Boil a pot of coffee and cook for a few hours, then put it in the fridge.
  2. In a large glass comes first to taste a sweetener, I like to use agave syrup. You can also use maple syrup, stevia, honey or sweetener ...
  3. Then, to taste a sip of milk (of course, goes without) and then give it a lot of ice cubes. I take for a glass, as in the picture, a small sand scoop full :) If you want, you can chop the ice cubes, I have a fridge that produces the ice cubes, some pieces are bigger, some smaller ... I have to do not mince anything. The larger dice do not bother me either.
  4. Fill up with coffee and mix everything with a spoon, possibly a straw, and enjoy.
