Improve the processing of plaster and masonry mortar

Plaster and masonry mortar is ideal for repairing large plaster damage or surfaces on walls indoors. It is cheap and ready to be pre-mixed as bagged in almost every hardware store.

To give the mortar better adhesion and higher strength, you can mix some gypsum plaster underneath. On a 10-L bucket I add a heaped trowel adhesive plaster.

Result:

The mortar is smoother and sticks (sticks) much better on the ground. At the same time it hardens much faster.

This in turn has the advantage that you can continue to work much faster on its surface.

However, this mixture is not suitable as a surface in wet and outdoor areas, as in gypsum moisture forms mild mold and it is not frost-proof.
