Induction cooker and cast-iron goose roast
I've been looking at you for half a year induction cooker changed and am thrilled. Now I had a problem. I have a kale meal on Saturday with 7 people. For so many people, I always prepare the kale in my cast-iron goose roast. He comes into the oven, where he can cook slowly at low temperature.
So do not first use a pot, where the cabbage is "vormort", then is transferred to the goose roaster. With my old cooking plates I could use the roasting pan right away. At induction, I thought it would not work. But I love my goose roast!
By chance, I saw a program of a home shopping channel, where you offered an oval goose roast. And the guy said that you could even use this part on induction!
Now it occurred to me again. So I took my roaster, put some water in it, and put it on the stove. And lo and behold, it works with my roasting pan!
Now I can finally make roast in goose roast, without first having to use an extra pot to fry the meat!
