- Broccoli 0,59 euros
- Duchess Potatoes 600 g TK 0,99 Euro
- Mushrooms 250 g 1,29 Euro

- Butter or oil for frying
- 100 ml of cream
preparation
- Clean the broccoli, remove the roses, (I throw away the stalk), rinse off in the colander.
- Peel off mushrooms, cut off stalk under hat. Roughly cut into pieces - not too fine!
- Rinse chicken fillets, dry, salt, pepper, dry herbs e.g. Roll the tarragon or thyme into flour, lightly pat between the palms.
- Dip into a beaten egg and roll into bread crumbs. Set aside and salt again.
- Bring broccoli into boiling salted water for 10 minutes, then warm (better with damper).
- At the same time the TK-Herzoginkartoffeln in the preheated oven - take 20 minutes.
- In the frying pan, melt 30 g of butter, add breaded chicken fillets to the warm butter and fry for 3 minutes over moderate heat, then turn over and fry for 4-5 minutes.
- Remove from the pan, put in a bowl and keep warm.
- Pour some oil into the pan to fry the butter, turn it up and quickly sauté the mushrooms - 2-3 minutes, in between.
- Pour in the cream.
- Meanwhile, broccoli, duck potatoes and chicken fillets on the plate - preferably a little preheated. Salt broccoli, pepper, a little nutmeg.
- Then salt the mushrooms and add the reduced cream over the broccoli florets.
Instead of broccoli, I often add zucchini slices - rolled in flour - salted peppered and fried with mushrooms. You do not need a sauce then.
