Since the birth of my last child I try to integrate even more exercise and good eating and drinking habits in my everyday life. I have some tips that I would like to share with you.

Our household includes my husband, our 3 kids, a dog and our house with a large garden. In itself, I am already busy enough with it. But still you can turn on a few cogs.

The idea: more movement, less sugar, exchange of recipes and ideas, soul talk / soul wellness.


Find like-minded people

First of all, I picked out like-minded moms from my circle of friends and created a WhatsApp group directly. The name is program: Ran to the bacon: In this group, we write ourselves easily, exchange our recipes, arrange to go for a walk or to go for a walk or pick up at the kindergarten, etc. In our group, we look once a week, whether what has happened to the weight. In addition, I still record my weight in my app my sports watch.

Move more in everyday life

That's my personal experience and certainly not something for everyone. But it's all a habit.

During our walks to the neighboring village, we often go to the greengrocer and even then the kids are looking for something for themselves, often something they do not know. At home we look for a recipe together and cook together. (My big ones are 6 and 7). Of course we do not do this every day, because everyday life does not always allow that, but if time permits, it's great fun.

With all this, the most important thing for me is the exchange with my moms, we are in easy contact, we go out even more and even if things do not go so well, we motivate each other.

On the app you create a profile with the personal data such as age, size, activity status, etc. This can also be set on the scales directly, but in the app that is much more comfortable. The intelligent memory of the scale should detect up to 8 people automatically. After weighing and measuring the other points you must have opened the app so that the data can be transferred.

My first conclusion

I expect a balance primarily to communicate my body weight.I had a normal soehnle balance in use before and I have to say that I was very happy with it and am. From the Bluetooth toothbrush it goes in the bathroom now to the Bluetooth scale. And the question of all questions is for everyone, whether he needs it for himself. I think it is z. For example, it is a pity that my sports watch from a large manufacturer can not be synchronized with the App or Libra. So I would have the data in my statistics much better in view and could work with the calculated values ​​without transferring the data. What I also find difficult is the connection from the app to the scale. Unfortunately, this works despite the phone with the required Android version more than slow. We have tried it with a Samsung S8, which works bumpy and with a Huawei P20, there is the balance or app, unfortunately, no connection.

If I stand on the scale, and it has actually realized that it is me and not my husband (the smart memory remembers the key data), you have to stand still until all the data is displayed. If you still want to, you can start the app and transfer the values. I can not say anything about the accuracy of the values ​​of water, muscle mass / body fat. The weight is consistent with my existing Soehnle scale.

I will use the next weeks again for extensive testing. Personally, the Libra's data does not animate me to accelerate my sport or to work on eating habits. For the connection to the app and possibly the synchronization with my running clock would have to be possible.
