Intimate care with coconut oil, can that be good?

Intimate care with coconut oil, can that be good? My answer: Yes! I've recently learned about it and a little embarrassed touched my gynecologist and he also had no objection.

But how and for what and how do you use the oil best?

I came to it when I wanted to read smartly, why it itches and burns down. Since I came across the topic vaginal fungus and home remedies against it. But before I wanted to try something, I had confessed my complaints first to the doctor.

He confirmed that some fungi and bacteria have spread throughout my life (it should not be unusual for young women and pregnant women - fits both).

So I got written down what I can get (the ointment I have to buy myself) and then ran to the nearest pharmacy. Was then beaten some of the price (ne small tube was 15?) And I thought, since it financially does not look good at the moment, that I test the coconut oil (especially since the tube had to be ordered first & I would have to wait anyway have to).

And how do you do that best?

I had read that you spread about a teaspoon full in the genital area, similar to a cream. Even "inside" you can smear something.

And why should that help, does not that just make it worse?

The lauric acid contained in the coconut oil attacks the germs in the body and kills them. In addition, the oil accelerates the wound healing in the genital area in an infection.

This really works?

I've found that it really helps my discomfort go slowly bit by bit.

What else can you use it for?

As a natural lubricant and with vaginal dryness.

It is important that it is native coconut oil, and clarifies the project beforehand with your gynecologist!

Please do not chop me off now because I tried it, had good experience with it and would like to share it.
