Recipe: Irish cookies
Very easy and fast prepared - taste super crispy and delicious!
Ingredients: (for about 50-60 pcs.)
250 g of soft butter, 210 g of brown sugar, 330 g of flour
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients well and knead into a dough. Make 3-4 rolls and put them in the refrigerator overnight. Cut the next 5-6 mm thin slices of it on the next day and put it on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Baking time: approx. 8-10 minutes at 160-170 ° C circulating air in preheated oven.
