Iron black things without shine

Anyone who has ever tried to iron black shirts or pants probably knows the problem. Quickly, the fabrics shine unpleasantly on the collar, waistband or seams. To prevent this from happening, turn the laundry items to the left and iron as cold as possible. So that the creases on sleeves or trouser legs then do not point inward, turn the garments back to "right" and place a damp cloth over places that should get a crease. Now iron it again briefly and let the clothing pieces dry briefly. Finished!
