Isotonic drinks against hangover

Have leafed through a bit and actually it is already enough: Water is the most important after the alcohol consumption.

However, I have the experience that it can be too late for very long drinks, because you can not drink as much water as you should. So you do not get around, even while the colliery occasionally drink something alcohol-free.

The body also absorbs isotonic drinks better than water. This can be counteracted the liquid withdrawal even more effective. It is very helpful, if you have to get out early in the morning, get yourself a torrent (or as they are called) quickly at the gas station.
