Jam from aronia berries

This year our aronia shrub has given us a lot of berries. I tried a new recipe after having passed the berries after pre-cooking in the years before. Now they seemed so matured that I wanted to process them with the bowls.
ingredients
- 1200 g of aronia berries
- 1 kg gelling sugar
- 2 pck vanilla sugar
- 5 tablespoons of lemon juice
preparation
- Wash the berries well, sort out any stems, cook for 20 minutes.
- Puree in a blender (also with a blender).
- In a large pot with lemon juice, vanilla sugar and gelling sugar mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
- Put in jars and seal well.
