Jam with banana and zucchini

A jam with banana and zucchini - on the breakfast bread and cereal delicious. This is a recipe for 3 glasses to try. A jam of a special kind!
ingredients
- 350 g peeled bananas
- 150 g of zucchini
- 1/2 pack of jam sugar 2: 1
- 1 tsp ginger powder, a little cinnamon
- Juice of 1 lemon
Preparation:
Fill 3 screw jars and the lids with boiling water. Pour out water. The glasses dry quickly.

- In the saucepan, crush the bananas with mashed potatoes (or fork) to a pulp.
- Cut the zucchini into small pieces and add. Lemon juice in addition.
- Stir in preserving sugar.
- Boil the mixture at the highest level for 4 minutes while stirring.
- Season with ginger and cinnamon. Switch off the cooking plate.
- Puree the mixture with the hand blender.
- Carefully pour the jam into the jars. Screw tight, turn 5 minutes and then let cool.
