- 500 g mixed mince
- 450 g tagliatelle
- 2 leeks (leeks)
- 3 tsp broth
- 1/2 L of water
- 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tsp sweet paprika
preparation
Roast minced meat with the spices salt, pepper and paprika in a large saucepan. Add the sliced leeks and tagliatelle. Finally add 1/2 L water and 3 tsp broth to the pot. Let it boil until all the ingredients are cooked.
