Jellies or jellies
Ingredients:

500ml red fruit juice (either from the store or self-absorbed, such as strawberries)
2 tablespoons of sugar (as desired)
1 sachet of agar agar (for example, from Ruf in a pack of 3 - in the back shelf)
Preparation:
Put the juice, sugar and agar agar powder in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Pour into pudding molds or dessert bowls. This recipe is enough for 4 servings.
Allow to cool and then put in the refrigerator.
The agar agar powder can be replaced by 6 sheets of gelatin.
