ingredients
- 300 g of flour
- 250 g of sugar
- 150 g of oil
- 350 ml of milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 pck of vanilla sugar
- 1 pck of baking soda
- Cocoa powder (at will)
preparation
- Mix all ingredients and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
- Afterwards, the cooled chocolate cake can be coated with powdered sugar or couverture.
- The chocolate cake is very juicy, good appetite!
