Juicy coffee cake

Goes great when coffee is left. (Do not throw away remaining coffee, but freeze)

ingredients

  • 300 - 400 ml of thawed coffee
  • 250 g of butter or margarine
  • 500 g of sugar
  • 1 p. Vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 125 g of chopped almonds
  • 375 g of flour
  • 1 heaped Tl baking powder
  • 50 g of cocoa
  • Some lemon juice or flavor

preparation

Beat the fat, sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy, then stir in the eggs one after the other. Add the coffee, almonds, flour, baking powder, lemon and cocoa. Use the hand mixer to make a smooth batter. Grease a cup cake shape, fill in the dough and smooth. Bake the cake in a preheated oven 180 ° for about 90 minutes. (Test the food). After baking, place on a wire rack and allow to cool. Before cutting, wrap it in aluminum foil and let it rest for a few days to fully develop its aroma.
