Juicy meat even when grilling: With sugar
Since, as is known, when grilling the meat dries out more, there is a great tip:
Marinate the meat first, as usual. Then scatter sugar all over ... not too much. That's it already ... normal grilling, normal duration. But the meat (whether T-bone or chicken!) Is juicy!
It works because the sugar candiates faster and pores shut up, as the pores of the meat open. So the juice stays in it!
