Juicy muffins made from quark dough

These muffins are very juicy by the quark in the dough. It is based on a recipe from the magazine Landlust and was slightly modified by me and the amounts of ingredients so converted that it just enough for a 12er Muffinform.
ingredients
- 80 g of butter
- 130 g of sugar
- 1 egg, size L
- 1 pinch of salt
- 165 g quark (I always take lean quark)
- 200 g of flour
- 1 pck of baking soda
- 1 pck of vanilla sugar
- 60 g raisins or cranberries
preparation
- Set oven to 170 ° C circulating air.
- Beat the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until fluffy.
- Stir in egg.
- Stir in cottage cheese.
- Mix flour with baking powder, sieve over the mixture and stir.
- Fold in the raisins or cranberries.
- Eat a 12-cup muffin dish or place paper cups on it and use an ice cream scoop to evenly distribute the dough into the pans.
- Bake at 170 ° C for 20 minutes.
