  2. Beat the eggs in the mixing bowl until frothy and slowly fold in the quark until a uniform mass is obtained.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the two types of flour with the baking powder and the sea salt and then add to the mixing bowl with the egg and quark mixture.
  4. Slowly mix the ingredients by hand and when the dough begins to form, add the fried onions and start kneading until nothing sticks to your fingers.
  5. You can now make baguettes or loaves from this dough (but the baking time varies), I always make the bread in a box shape. Rub the box mold with margarine or butter and then sprinkle with breadcrumbs so that the walls and bottom of the mold are covered (so nothing sticks to the mold). Hold the bread dough in your hands and carefully lengthen until the dough fits perfectly into the box shape. Then push the dough slightly down and to the sides and place on a baking sheet in the middle rail for 45-50 minutes (depending on the performance of the oven).
