Just before the holidays just vegetables - healthy and delicious

This is not a recipe tip for broccoli casserole, but simply the idea before the holidays, when you eat so many high-calorie meal to eat something that is healthy and rich in vitamins.

Especially in the winter months, the intake of vitamins is very important. Broccoli contains vitamin C, folic acid and the important vitamin K. About 100 g of broccoli cover the daily requirement of an adult for vitamin K.

The small green florets also contain selenium for cell protection, iron and calcium for healthy bones.


In some studies, broccoli also proved effective against gastric ulcers and tumors.

You should cook it but only briefly and chew well.
