When I need onions very quickly and simply very, very finely, I proceed as follows: Cut the peeled onion into small pieces (as with garlic, which is still pressed). Then just squeeze this garlic press into portions (just like garlic). Finished!

Has the advantage that you do not have to cry so long ... Is great for sauces, meatballs, salad dressings, etc. or even for people who like onions, but not a bit!
