- 700 ml of lukewarm water

- Grease and flour the mold.
- Mix the dry ingredients well.
- Mix the water with the vinegar and pour over the flour mass.
- Mix the mixture well with a wooden spoon or the dough hook of the hand mixer until the dough is tough.
- Fill the dough into the mold.
- Place the dish in the COLD Oven and bake at 200 ° C (top / bottom heat).
- The dough can also be modified safely by adding walnuts or spices, such as anise, fennel, caraway ... instead of the balls.
