Wintertime is kale time! When we were kids, kale braised with pork cheeks and boiled sausages (called Knacker in Berlin), the whole apartment smelled like a feast.
But now we are vegetarian! Kale without greasy pork cheek, without juicy, hearty sausages, whose salty juice exploded in the oral cavity to an orgy of well-being?
My recipe:
On 2 servings of kale (one glass) comes a heaped TL instant vegetable broth! Of course, first brown a chopped onion, and put a good fistful of oatmeal over it to bind the juice over it and let it simmer in the snap pot for 8 minutes. Serve fried with plenty of onions fried potatoes so that it crisps!
Since a Christmas feeling comes on!
