Karthäuserböße - sweet

Inspired by a tip from himself, I present you a recipe for Karthäuserklöß ', as they are eaten here in Middle Franconia. 4 rolls (best milk, unfortunately you get the today only rarely) halve, with plum jam, jam or compote fill (but need not be). Mix half a liter of milk with 3 eggs and sugar or vanilla sugar to taste, add the rolls and soak. If necessary, bread with breadcrumbs and fry in the pan with fat. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and serve with vanilla sauce. Before that, it's best to have a liver dumpling soup with a vegetable inlay.
