Keep cut lemons

After I scoured FM, but found nothing on the subject, here is a simple solution:

Again and again it happens that you need a small amount of lemon and then the rest of the lemon is around and spoils quickly.

If I only need a little lemon juice, I cut a little bit off. The rest I place with the interface up in the egg holder of the refrigerator. This trimmed lemon remnant quickly forms a firm skin and thus lasts for days.

For further use just cut off a thin slice and the lemon presents itself perfectly.
