Keep soap dry
I was always annoyed that bits of soap in the soap dishes were always in their "own juice" and then completely soaked and smeared everything.
That's why I bought a magnetic soap holder (I knew it from my parents) and put it over the sink. There is a magnet attached to it and in the soap you press a small metal plate and heep the soap always with it.
So the soap always stays dry, nothing smears full and lasts much longer!
Do not understand why the things are so out of fashion and buy all the liquid soaps ...
