Keep the sauce in a thermos flask warm

Sauce can be kept warm in a thermos and served.

Especially with delicate sauces such as Sauce Hollandaise or Sauce Bernaise, it is not so easy to keep them warm until the rest of the food is also ready. Quick can something coagulate. A solution may be a thermos. Simply fill the sauce with tea or coffee and it stays hot for a long time.

I also pour normal sauces in the pot. By the way, you avoid the nasty skin that sometimes forms on the sauce.

At first, visitors wondered why a thermos flask was on the table for a roast dish? Now everyone knows what's inside.

I had another pot left, which I took for it. I cleaned them very thoroughly with boiling water (and Corega-Tab), so you will not notice anything of the earlier coffee aroma.
