Since the use of ketchup is rightly criticized for its high sugar content, I have created an alternative for the taste of my family and healthy Ketchup homemade:

ingredients

  • 1 packet of pureed tomatoes
  • 1 - 2 tubes of tomato paste - depending on how you like the consistency
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 tsp balsamic rosso
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • as desired: curry, nutmeg, chilli powder, Pul beaver, isot, black pepper, thyme or basil
