ingredients

  • 1 jar of shadow morels
  • Fat for the mold
  • 200g sour cream or creme fraiche
  • 1 / 4l milk
  • 50g sugar
  • 1 vanillin
  • 1 pudding powder vanilla for cooking (500ml milk)
  • 3 eggs
  • 12 rusks

preparation

  1. Drain the cherries and drain
  2. Coat a baking dish with grease
  3. Add the sour cream, milk, sugar, vanillin and custard powder to a mixing bowl
  4. Open eggs and add
  5. Shake everything together
  6. Preheat oven to 175 degrees
  7. Dip the rusk into the sour cream, do not let it soften (!) And place it in the mold
  8. Distribute cherries over it
  9. Spread the sour cream over it and bake for 40-45 minutes.

Allow to cool slightly and still lukewarm with powdered sugar and consume, but cold tastes great too!
