Kirschstreusel

Ingredients:

  • 150g quark, 75g sugar, 1 p. Vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt, 6 tablespoons oil, 4 tablespoons milk, 300g flour
  • 1 P. baking powder

streusel:

  • 300g flour, 300g sugar, 1-2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 200g butter

Covering:


  • 2 glasses of sour cherries, sugar, moonamine / potato flour to thicken

Preparation:

Make a quark oil dough from the ingredients. Grease a baking sheet or lay it out with baking paper and roll out the dough. Boil cherries with approx. 1-2 cups of cherry juice and thicken with lunar amine and cherry juice, allow to cool slightly. Distribute cherries on the dough, then top with crumbles.

Bake at 200 to 220 degrees on medium rack for 30-40 minutes.
