Knobi dip with addictiveness
Knobi Dip Preparation:
So first soak 2 slices of white bread in some (soy) milk - I've cut off the bark before - but you can certainly do that too ...
Peel 6 cloves of garlic (nice big ones) and put them together with 1 teaspoon of salt in a tall container and puree.
Then add the white bread and 1 tablespoon of ground almonds and puree further.
Now add olive oil - until the desired consistency is achieved.
The dip tastes great with roasted white bread - but beware: the stuff is good spicy! Dear first a little thinner on the bread stroke!
