Lasagne Bolognese

The lasagna consists of two main components:
1. meat sauce
- Heat 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- Fry 500 g minced meat (half / half)
- Dice 200g of onions and cut 2 cloves of garlic and sauté
- 70 g of tomato paste from the tin
- 1/8 L red wine (can be a good one)
- 1/8 L of water
- Salt, pepper, paprika noble sweet
- 1/2 bunch of basil (rinse carefully, dab and pluck stem, only the leaves are needed)
Let it stew for 15 minutes and possibly season it
2. cheese sauce
- Melt 40 g of butter
- Sweat 40 g of flour with 625 ml of milk (5/8 L), bring to a boil
- Stir 125 g of medieval Gouda
- Cook and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg
Now the lasagna is put together:
You still need 750 g of canned tomatoes, lasagne noodles and 2 bundles of basil (this time chopping).
Grease the mold and then take turns:
- lasagna noodles
- minced meat
- tomatoes
- cheese sauce
Fill.
In the end, cheese sauce should definitely be at the top and then sprinkle with cheese (even middle-aged Gouda).
Bake at 200 - 225 ° C for 40 minutes in the oven.
