With us this meatloaf pan is always very good. Where the recipe originally came from, I do not know. I know it from my mother. It's a simple recipe, but it takes some time, as the ingredients are fried separately. All in all about 50 minutes are needed, who is not so good at snipping, takes a bit longer.

Here is the recipe for 4 people:

ingredients

  • 500 g of hard-boiled raw potatoes, cut
  • 400 g meatloaf, diced
  • 1 to 2 leeks, cut into fine rings
  • 500 g fresh mushrooms, cut
  • a little fat for searing
  • about 200 ml of water
  • salt and pepper

preparation

  1. I wash the sliced ​​potatoes and dry them in a kitchen towel so that the starch that has leaked out at the interfaces disappears. So no unwanted "sauce".
  2. First, I fry the potatoes in a little fat until golden brown and season it vigorously with salt and pepper.
  3. Remove the potatoes and then fry the other ingredients one at a time and remove them again.
  4. When you're done with the frying, everything is put back into the pan. Add about 200 ml of water and leave to stew for about 20 minutes, until the potatoes are cooked.
  5. Season again with salt and pepper.
