Leftovers from the muffin form

There is often something left over here and there is not enough for a complete new meal, but in this way it looks not only appetizing, but is also extremely practical: leftovers from the Muffinbackform.

What is needed (free choice and leftovers)


ingredients

  • minced boiled potatoes
  • 3? 4 eggs, depending on how many leftovers there are
  • Ham cubes, cooked ham or salami cubes; also suitable are fried minced meat or meatballs, roast remnants, e.g. Gyros, Shoarma, Bratwurst
  • cooked vegetable remains of any kind: broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, spinach, mushrooms, mild garlic, onion rings,
  • fresh herbs: basil, parsley, coriander,
  • Tomatoes, dried pickled tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Salt, pepper, fried onions
  • optionally Parmesan cheese, grated cheese, herbal smoked cheese, sour cream, sour cream, oven cheese or herb cream cheese as a topping

preparation

  1. The desired ingredients are mixed with the potatoes, spices and the vegetables and filled into the (greased or paper-lined) Muffinförmchen.
  2. Retain some grated cheese, which is later brought to melt shortly before the end of the baking time on the muffins.
  3. Bake the mold for about 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until the surface is browned.
  4. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes, then carefully (using a suitable knife for metal molds) tip out of the hollows and garnish with a dollop of herb cream cheese, crème fraîche, sour cream or melted cheese.

It can be used all the leftovers in this way to tasty small bites and using the baking pan are also different? Cupcakes? possible.

Also from leftover Pasta and pasta sauces you can do magic in this way.

As always, there are no limits to the imagination and a look in the fridge and pots inspired to new dishes.
