I do not give any specific amounts because I do not know how many dumplings you have, but let's assume you have 4 pieces:

ingredients

  • sliced cold dumplings
  • 100 g bacon (more or less) cut into pieces
  • Cut 1 small onion into small pieces
  • Beat 4-5 eggs lightly
  • finely chop fresh parsley or chives
  • a little oil for roasting
  • salt and pepper

preparation

  1. Heat the oil in the pan, add the bacon and lightly toast.
  2. Add the onion pieces and let them turn glassy.
  3. Now add the pieces of dumpling and roast them with repeated turning light brown.
  4. Now the bubbled, seasoned with salt and pepper eggs are poured over it and let it falter at low heat. Turn once or twice until the food appears juicy and loose.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley or chives before serving.

This fits any kind of salad or gherkins.

We prefer salad of beetroot with grated horseradish.
