Lemon buttermilk (smoothie)

Tasty, refreshing, (relatively) low in calories and very quickly prepared is the following drink:

Simply mix about 200 ml of buttermilk with the juice of half a lemon and 2 crumbled sweetener tablets - done! I usually do not like the sweetener taste so much, but in this case it does not bother at all.

If you like, you can also use sugar, agave syrup or honey.

tip

On hot days, add all ingredients with a few ice cubes in the blender and you have a delicious buttermilk lemon smoothie.
