Lemon cake - always succeeds

My lemon cake recipe for the hearth plate also succeeds inexperienced bakers / bakers:

350 g Sanella
350 g of sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
6 eggs
350 g of flour
1 packet of baking powder
Lemon peel

Molding:
250 g powdered sugar
about 3 tablespoons lemon juice
(possibly chocolate)


Sanella, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs u. Stir the lemon zest until well frothy, then stir in the flour mixed with baking powder.

Brush on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake at 200 ° C (gas 3) for about 20 minutes (middle rail).

Powdered sugar u. Mix the lemon juice with a fork to make a viscous mass, spread evenly on the still warm cake with a spatula or similar.

If you like, you can still sprinkle chocolate sprinkles, but you do not have to.
