Lemon Tiramisu

This recipe is for 5 people:

ingredients

  • Sponge biscuits, depends on how big the casserole dish is,
  • 750 g quark,
  • 1 lemon,
  • 3-4 tbsp sugar,
  • 3 tablespoons water,
  • 5EL lemon juice.

preparation

Spread the casserole dish with spoonfuls of biscuits, one layer at a time, then add 3 tablespoons of water and 5 tablespoons of lemon juice, mix and transfer slowly over the spoonfuls.

Then you take the lemon and wash it properly under hot water. Then put the quark in a bowl, rub the bowl into the quark and add 3-4 tbsp sugar and stir everything.


Then the quark mixture comes over the spoon biscuits and smooth everything well.

It depends on how big the casserole dish is, this recipe is for a medium form. Finally, you can sprinkle with icing sugar the cake and on top of it very thin slices of lemons, depending on your taste.

And then you put the cake in the fridge for about 4 hours! The cake is very light and goes well with the summer, who likes it a bit sour.
