Lens pillows for cooling: The little sister of the Dinkelkissens

After many years of sewing warm suits for friends, I discovered a lens pillow on a Christmas market. The style is the same, but it is just filled with lenses and is used for cooling bumps, bruises or headaches.

Our pillow is placed in a Tupper box in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator and is used even more frequently than the heat pad. It's cold, but not as cold as these gel pads, which in turn you have to hit the fabric first, so you do not get chilblains, and it adapts perfectly to the body site for which it is needed.

If you have children, you will not want to miss it anymore!

And for all self-makers of "Dinkelkissen": Rye has the same thermal properties as spelled and is much cheaper. Who sews his heat pad so even, who can really save something here.
